রিটার্ন বা পরিবর্তনের শর্তাবলী:ডেলিভারির সময় চেক করুন: যেহেতু আমাদের ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা রয়েছে, তাই পার্সেল গ্রহণের সময় ডেলিভারিম্যানের সামনেই পণ্যটি যাচাই করে নিন।ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য: যদি পণ্য ভাঙা, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল আইটেম সরবরাহ করা হয়, তবে সাথে সাথেই ডেলিভারিম্যানের কাছে পণ্য ফেরত দিন।
সময়সীমা: ডেলিভারি গ্রহণের পর কোনো ত্রুটি পরিলক্ষিত হলে পণ্য গ্রহণের **২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে** আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট বা পেজে জানাতে হবে।
রিটার্ন গ্রহণের উপযুক্ত কারণ:ভুল বা ভিন্ন পণ্য প্রাপ্তি।পরিবহনের সময় পণ্য ভাঙা বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হওয়া। পণ্যে কোনো প্রকা‌র উৎপাদন ত্রুটি থাকা।যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য নয়:কাস্টমাইজড বা পার্সোনালাইজড কোনো অর্ডার (যদি না তা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয়)।ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে এমন কোনো আর্ট বা ক্রাফট সামগ্রী।কোনো নির্দিষ্ট কারণ ছাড়া শুধুমাত্র পছন্দ পরিবর্তনের কারণে পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া হয় না।
রিফান্ড ও এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়া:ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার পর ৩-৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে নতুন পণ্য পুনরায় পাঠানো হবে অথবা আপনার টাকা (যদি অগ্রিম দেওয়া থাকে) রিফান্ড করা হবে।

Return Terms & Conditions :Inspect Upon Delivery: Since we offer Cash on Delivery, please inspect the product in the presence of the delivery representative .Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can return it immediately to the delivery agent .Timeframe: Any issues post-delivery must be reported to our customer support team within **24 hours** of receiving the package.
Eligible Reasons for Return :Receiving the wrong product or size/spec .Damaged or broken items received during transit .Manufacturing defects. Non-Returnable Items :Customized or personalized craft items (unless delivered damaged).Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery .Change of mind after accepting the parcel.

Refund & Exchange Process:
Once the returned product is verified, a replacement will be dispatched or a refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
